CANCELLATION

Life Saving Certified requires an online registration to reserve any course time. We understand that schedule adjustments are necessary. Therefore, Life Saving Certified respectfully requests at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of courses. 

 

NO SHOW

Failure to contact us within the appropriate time window prior to class will result in an additional $50 NO SHOW FEE on all in person courses. Failure to contact us prior to class will result in a full course fee charge. No refunds or exceptions if you contact us after you have missed your class.

Please understand that when students forget, cancel, show up extremely late, or change their appointment without giving us enough notice, we miss the opportunity to certify someone else who may need to learn to save a life.
